Essentially this is an ART site and I would prefer art related links. 
This is not written in stone, however, I will personally check out every link. 
If it's against the law, don't bother.
If it's not safe for kids, don't bother.
Links back are preferred.  I'm not looking for a full page add, a simple text link will do wonderfully!
